I am a 20 year veteran of the housing and financial markets. I began my RE career as a partner in a fix and flip operation in NC in the mid-2000s. I decided to get out of Real Estate in 2007 before the housing crisis. Since then, I have been an independent financial advisor. I'm an avid student of the markets with a passion for housing. Whether helping people are buying and selling their primary residences, to finding investment properties, I have a passion for both. I look at RE Investing as the best long-term investment people can make. The ability to hedge inflation, minimal price volatility, and the ability to grow equity from an asset is a necessity in a balanced portfolio. I am very family with stock, bond, and commodities markets as well. Using my extensive knowledge of the markets as a tool to understand the housing market and people's short and long-term needs. I have been a fly-fishing guide off and on since I was a teenager, and you can find me on my days off rowing a boat or wading a river.
