 First-time home buyers hit a historic LOW at just 24% (down from 32% in 2023).
 Average age of first-time buyers? 38 years old! The highest on record (guess 38 is the new 28?).
 Cash buyers are winning big: A record-breaking 26% of buyers paid cash for their homes.
 Multigenerational living is on the rise: 17% of buyers purchased a home for multiple generations.
 No kids, no problem: 73% of buyers didn’t have kids under 18 living at home—a record high!
 Agents remain vital: 88% of buyers worked with a real estate agent or broker, and nearly 90% were happy they did.
