This is the last lot in the subdivision. It has not been built on because the city/subdivision is currently using part of the lot for the turnaround at the end of the street. It is buildable once the land to the north is developed and the street continues through. It may be possible to find a re-work of the layout of the turn around with some exceptions from the city but the new buyer would have to navigate that with the city. HOA fee (currently $640 annually) is waived until a home is built on the lot.
